My name is Andrea Hughes, and I’m a farmer’s wife, mother, Christian, and lifelong fashion enthusiast. I grew up in Belleville, Michigan, and moved to West Tennessee in 2006, where I married my husband, Tommy, a fourth-generation farmer. We have two wonderful children, a 15-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter.

This year marks the fifth anniversary of owning the boutique—a milestone that inspired me to reflect and rebrand. Our new name, Belle & Burke, is deeply personal: “Belle” honors my roots in Belleville, Michigan, while “Burke” is my mother’s maiden name, representing generations of our family from Paris, Tennessee.

Fashion has been a lifelong passion, and with over 12 years in retail, owning this boutique has allowed me to create a space where women can explore timeless styles and feel empowered. I believe clothing should be both stylish and practical—helping you look great without sacrificing comfort. I love pieces that work in different ways, from jeans and cozy sweaters to blouses and comfortable pants. Accessories are a fun way to change up any outfit. Age-appropriate doesn’t mean boring; it’s about embracing your style, feeling confident, and wearing what makes you happy.
